A morning to get out of your head, into your body and back into the present moment.

On Saturday, October 24, SUCO comes to the terrace of Hotel Sabàtic Sitges with a new experience: HERE NOW.

For 90 minutes, Melissa and Emmanuel will guide you through an immersive session combining active meditation, movement, breath, connection and live electronic music composed by EMME, designed to help you quiet the mental noise, reconnect with your body and come back to the only place where life is actually happening: here and now.

No previous experience is needed. Just come curious and ready to move, feel and connect.
