SUCO X PRIMAL MOVES

Welcome to the first collab of SUCO and Primal Moves: the first gathering of two communities redefining movement and connection in Barcelona.

SUCO is an active meditation with electronic music designed to cultivate a state of connection.

In SUCO, meditation is taught by using movement instead of stillness as this is the most accessible and effective way to meditate. In this session we will use a combination of movement, breathwork and meditation. It is facilitated by Jamie Beron from South Africa, creator and founder. Jamie has a deep love for music and uses electronic music with African influences as well as binaural beats as a powerful soundtrack.

The session will positively impact your sense of connection to yourself, to those around you, to the world and to the present moment.
