A morning above the historic heart of the city to release tension, recharge your energy and feel fully present.

Naples is a city of many layers, contrasts and extraordinary energy. For our first SUCO experience, we gather on a panoramic rooftop overlooking the city, Mount Vesuvius and the sea — a special place to reconnect with yourself and others.

SUCO is an immersive 60-minute experience combining movement, active meditation, breathwork, connection and music, all delivered through wireless headphones.

The session will be guided in Italian by María Laura Oliveri, SUCO Facilitator and creator of The Ámate World.
