A healthy Saturday morning for the early birds. If Vanilla is already your go-to spot on Enric Granados, this is your chance to experience it in a whole new way: before it opens, with the music on and a room full of people moving together. And if you already love SUCO, this is the perfect excuse to discover one of Eixample's favorite cafés.

SUCO is an active meditation experience with wireless headphones. It combines breathwork, free movement, electronic beats and a guiding voice in your ears. No choreography, no experience needed, nobody watching. You just put the headphones on and let your body follow the music.

For 45 minutes you'll wake up the body, move, sweat a little and leave the week behind. You'll come out lighter, more present and ready to enjoy the rest of the morning.

Then the café opens, with you already inside. Take a seat, enjoy your Vanilla drink and get to know the people you just shared the session with. Feel free to stay for breakfast and take your time. Because coffee and music are great, but the real wellness is connection.
