Hey Guys!
We are so excited to be bringing you another evening of healthy goodness.
Suco is a one of a kind silent disco mindful workout that utilises breathwork, meditation, yoga, dance and HIIT to give you an all in one workout.
You will be given wireless headphones on arrival. Experienced facilitators will guide everyone in the sessions. No skills, whatsoever, are required.
We will be back on the stunning Onecowork rooftop in the marina for this session.
We recommend getting to the session by 19:00pm to allow time to get your headset and give you a chance to calmly ease into the session.
All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
