SUCO SESSIONS AMSTERDAM 20H00 - 22H00

The Sunshine Collective is a ridiculously fun movement meditation experience where you are invited to dance, play and connect. 

The silent disco sessions are designed for you to feel freedom and catharsis.

Exercise your heart, body and soul. 

The Session has two parts. Purchase a ticket to gain access to: 

**SUCO yoga at 20h00 
**SUCO session at 21h00

Please bring a mat if you are joining for SUCO yoga. 

You will be given wireless headphones on arrival. Experienced facilitators will guide everyone in the sessions. No skills, whatsoever, are required. 

All ages and fitness levels and welcome.
