Hello friends!

Its Beach time again! We sure have missed breathing in that sea air and stomping our feet in the sand.

If you feel like ending off your weekend with a little bit of sunshine, possitive vibes and some great music then this connective expierience is just for you.

SUCO is a way of setting yourself free while having great time with a likeminded community. SUCO is an active outdoor event combining the best elements from a world of physical and mental wellness practices. Our sessions are accessible to everyone (irrespective of size, age, gender or level of fitness). We will guide you through this high energy session via your own wireless headset. We are all about being mindful, feeling good and creating positive change. This is not your average workout!
 

No skills, whatsoever, are required! 

We recommend getting to the session by 15:45pm to allow time to get your headset and give you a chance to calmly ease into the session.
