Hello friends and welcome to SUCO sessions, the practice of Joy.
If you feel like connecting with awesome people while getting a great workout and having a whole lot of healthy fun then SUCO is just for you.
SUCO is a unique active meditation that focuses on mindfulness, breathing, stretching, dancing, playing and choosing JOY! We will guide you through this high energy session via your own wireless headset.
No skills, whatsoever, are required!
We recommend getting to the session 15 minutes early to allow time to get your headset and give you a chance to calmly ease into the session.
