SUCO is an active meditation with electronic music designed to cultivate a state of joy. In SUCO, meditation is taught by using movement instead of stillness as this is the most accessible and effective way to meditate. In this session you will breathe, move and shake towards a state of joy. It is facilitated by Jamie Beron from South Africa, creator and founder of the movement. Jamie has a deep love for music and uses electronic music with African influences as well as binaural beats as a powerful soundtrack. The session will positively impact your sense of connection to yourself, to those around you, to the world and to the present moment.
