SUNRISE SILENT YOGA ON THE PIER 6:30-7:45

After the incredible success of the first edition of the pop up Sunrise Silent Yoga class, we have decided to launch a new date for us to practice again.

We will be coming together to enjoy the rise of the sun on the pier Espigó de Bac de Roda for a 90 minute practice with headsets.

It's going to be a beautiful vinyasa flow class, designed for you to relax and let go.

This class is available to all levels and combine meditation, great music, movement and breathing. 

The headsets offer a wonderful new element to the practice. With one on you it will feel like you have a yoga teacher right by your side the whole time. The headsets also eliminate the distraction of the outside world while making it possible to practice in any location. Plus we get to enjoy some pretty awesome soundtracks! 

You will always be safely in the hands of experienced instructors who love to share their positive vibes.

We recommend getting to the session 15 minutes early to allow time to get your headset and give you a chance to calmly ease into the session.
