SUCO is a one of a kind silent disco mindful workout.
We utilise breathwork and meditation, yoga asana and dance, and HIIT (high intensity interval training) to give you an all-in-one workout.
Exercise your heart, body and soul.
You will be given wireless headphones on arrival. Experienced facilitators will guide everyone in the sessions. No skills, whatsoever, are required.
All ages and fitness levels and welcome.
