Hello friends!
We are back with another sensational Sunday of sunshine and smiles.
SUCO is a way of setting yourself free while having great time with a likeminded community. SUCO is an active outdoor event combining the best elements from a world of physical and mental wellness practices. Our sessions are accessible to everyone (irrespective of size, age, gender, level of fitness or experience). We will guide you through the entire session via wireless headset. We are all about being mindful, feeling good and creating positive change. This is not your average workout!
We recommend ariving by 18:45am to allow time to get your headset and give you a chance to calmly ease into the session.
