SILENT YOGA WITH HEADSET.(11:00 -12:30)

Welcome to Silent Yoga (with headsets)! 

Every Saturday we will be coming together for a delicious vinyasa flow session designed for you to relax and let go. 

90 minutes of yoga at  BOX Barcelona  (Our stunning beachside venue). These classes are available to all levels and combine meditation, great music, movement and breathing. 

The headsets offer a wonderful new element to the practice. With one on you it will feel like you have a yoga teacher right by your side the whole time. The headsets also eliminate the distraction of the outside world while making it possible to practice in any location. Plus we get to enjoy some pretty awesome soundtracks! 

At SUCO you will always be safely in the hands of experienced instructors who love to share their positive vibes.

We recommend getting to the session 15 minutes early to allow time to get your headset and give you a chance to calmly ease into the session.
