SUCO Yoga is a hatha yoga class, taught by Jamie Beron with the use of wireless headsets to offer an introspective experience. Jamie has seven years of experience teaching Vinyasa, Jivamukti and Hatha Tantra yoga.
Jamie’s style of teaching is slow and strong with emphasis on meditation and breathing, moving the practice beyond the superficial and into the more profound and energetic layers of the practice. Jamie has a deep love for music and carefully curates all his sessions using electronic music, headsets and his voice to create a truly introspective journey of sound, movement and meditation. Classes are available to all levels.
SUCO Yoga is practiced with wireless headsets, it will feel like you have a yoga teacher right by your side the whole time. The headsets also eliminate the distractions of the outside world, plus you will get to enjoy some pretty awesome soundtracks!
Location: panoramic rooftop in Barceloneta. In case of rain the class will be held inside.
We recommend getting to the class 15 minutes early to allow time to get your headset and give you a chance to calmly ease into the class. It is not possible to access the class after it has started.
