SUCO (The Sunshine Collective) is a one of a kind silent disco mindful workout.
We utilise breathwork and meditation, yoga asana, dance, and HIIT (high intensity interval training) to give you an all-in-one workout.
SUCO a space for you to connect, make friends and let go while getting active outdoors.
You will be given wireless headphones on arrival. Experienced facilitators will guide everyone in the sessions. No skills, whatsoever, are required.
We recommend getting to the session by 7pm to allow time to get your headset and give you a chance to calmly ease into the session.
All ages and fitness levels and welcome.
