Begin with an introspective yoga class designed to go deep within.
Then followed by a 60-minute SUCO Session, a high-energy electronic music meditation designed to cultivate joy.
Taught by Jamie Beron, this experience fuses visualization, dance, and breathwork with skillfully curated electronic music sets and binaural soundscapes.
