Join us as we raise awareness and a little moola for this awesome cause!
SUCO and Makamaka will be teaming up in support of male cancer awareness and all profits from this event will go towards the Movember Foundation.
This will be an afternoon af fun, food and of course friends.
We will be meeting up for some ginger shots at Makamaka burger bar at 16h00 followed by a SUCO session and a few surprises.
If this is you first SUCO then we would love to welcome you toth e family. SUCO is a way of setting yourself free while having a great time with a likeminded community. This is a conscious workout that focusses on mindfulness, breathing, stretching, dancing, playing and of course having fun! These sessions are accessible to everyone (irrespective of size, age, gender or level of fitness). We will guide you through this high energy expirience via your own wireless headset. We are all about being mindful, feeling good and creating positive change.
No skills, whatsoever, are required!
