SUCO SESSION (19:30 - 21:00)

Hello friends and welcome to SUCO sessions!  

If you feel like connecting with awesome people while getting sweaty and having a whole lot of good clean fun then SUCO is just for you. 

As always you can expect positive vibes, great music,  a beautiful outdoor location and a loads of dancing. 

SUCO is a way of setting yourself free while having a great time with a likeminded community. This is a conscious workout event that focusses on breathing, stretching, playing and of course having fun! Our sessions are accessible to everyone (irrespective of size, age, gender or level of fitness). We will guide you through this high energy session via your own wireless headset (silent disco). We are all about being mindful, feeling good and creating positive change. This is not your average workout!

No skills, whatsoever, are required! 

We recommend getting to the session 15 minutes early to allow time to get your headset and give you a chance to calmly ease into the session.
